We've been listening to your feedback on rebate processing challenges since the 2024 Xcel Energy rebate Pause. Now we need your input to create the final draft to intervene in the ICP.

Join EEBC’s staff and Howard Geller, DSM Regulatory Advisor, to go through members’ requests for business standards, including terms and conditions for how Xcel processes current rebate applications, correction processes, and delayed reimbursements.

EEBC and its Policy Legal Team have reviewed the DSM Plan in the 2027-30 PUC/Xcel Energy Megadocket and identified the proposed rebate programs by industry for your review and input.

Get a jump start on the process by reviewing the Intervening Documents on the EEBC website on the Advocacy/Policy Action Council Page.
