Boulder SmartRegs Inspector Training/Certification
The City of Boulder is offering trainings on the technical aspects of the SmartRegs prescriptive pathway for professionals interested in providing inspections. This training is required for city certification and the Class G license needed to complete these inspections.
You must have one of the following to take this class:
-COB licensed D-9 or General A, B or C contractor (ICC Certified)
-Qualified Licensed Design Professional (Architect or Engineer)
-ICC Certified Combination Inspector
-ASHI or NAHI Certified Home Inspector
-ICC Certified Residential or Commercial Energy Inspector
