This summer, Xcel Energy will apply to the Public Utilities Commission to request changes to energy efficiency programs. The Strategic Issues Docket will cover goals, incentives and cost effectiveness calculations. The 2014 DSM Plan will cover new programs, program changes and other opportunities to grow the energy efficiency industry. Please join us in one of the following meetings to discuss the strategy and priorities for creating utility investment of more than $100 Million for 2014 & beyond.  

EEBC Members and legal counsel will participate in the 2014 DSM program planning sessions with Xcel Energy. This is the opportunity to improve program details, implement quality standards, and add innovative technologies. 

The meeting will include a presentation on the following topics, then a discussion about opportunities to continue the successful implementation of energy efficiency solutions. 

Broad Market Trends
Five years review of energy efficiency policy, programs and products in Colorado. Plus, the evolution of the industry and lessons learned for moving forward.   

Xcel Energy Strategic Issues Docket 
The Strategic Issues Docket sets goals and incentives for investments in Demand Side Management. This summer's docket provides the opportunity to review these policies and continue to improve them for a win-win-win between utilities, businesses and ratepayers to utilize the most cost effective energy resource - negawatts. 

Xcel Energy 2014 DSM Programs Docket
The 2014 DSM Programs Docket will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve programs, as well as add new programs to fill gaps in the market and growth of demand side energy efficiency solutions.
