This group gets together regularly to share top concerns, formulate action plans, and help the EEBC Legal Team implement our requests into the Xcel DSM Plan. These meetings help to align our businesses into a single voice when speaking with Xcel and other rebating organizations.

This meeting will have an open agenda, so please send your topic ideas by replying to this email or send them to admin@eebco.org.

Member-suggested topics include:

EEBC report on utilities report showing surprisingly low uptake results in the last two years of HPWH rebate program launches. Why do you think their downstream rebates aren't working or are having a failure to launch for the following utilities: Co Springs Utilities, Platte River Power Authority (PRPA), Holy Cross, Tri-State, and Xcel? For example, to date Xcel has only processed 317 HPWH rebates vs 3000 HPs. Should we consider sharing our insights with BEL-CO member utilities?

Formulate your group's input to influence Xcel rebates to prepare proposals for Xcel's 2027-29 DSM, CHP, and Strategic Issues Plan legal settlement process, being coined the "Mega-docket". The goal is to demonstrate the magnitude of impact to your business from Xcel's untimely program changes and rebate reimbursement challenges, and to quantify the impact as one voice to Xcel.

Share your thoughts and ideas and be part of the conversation. We encourage you to bring another contractor with you. The more voices we have, the more effective we can be.
