This Industry Action Group meeting will have an open agenda, so please bring the topics you want to discuss. What's on your mind? Concerns, pain points, areas of focus that are missing in the market, etc. What can EEBC be doing to help you adapt to the changes and meet the challenges?

Some suggested subjects include:

Xcel mandatory training requirements
Solutions to all the rebates ending in 2026
Inquiries about NOx status in the field. Implications of upcoming state regulations on low NOx furnaces.
Xcel 90-Day Notice to cancel Commercial Midstream Cooling Program, and how the Midstream rebates will be administered. EEBC in discussions with Xcel.
Learnings from holding Xcel HP 1 or 2-day trainings: Does Xcel covering costs motivate contractors to come? Does $200 paid to distributors motivate designing and holding trainings? Is there more interest in getting into HP than expected?
Update of HVAC state license - DORA application - approved August 2025.
