Every three years there is a unique window of opportunity to influence the direction of Xcel Energy's rebate programs. THIS IS THE YEAR. THIS IS THE TIME. Join us to: Modify existing and proposed rebates Recommend new rebates Propose new pilot program(s). EEBC and its Policy Legal Team have reviewed the DSM Plan in the 2027-30 PUC/Xcel Energy Megadocket and identified the proposed rebate programs by industry for your review and input. Get a jump start on the process by reviewing the Intervening Documents on the EEBC website on the Advocacy/Policy Action Council Page. We will review the sections together in the meeting to prepare our recommendations to Xcel Energy in the Settlement Process.
