CCIA & CEC Present Energy Connections
When
17 Jul 2013
7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Location
Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement Conference Room, 1445 Market Street Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202
It was a busy and sometimes contentious legislative session for the energy industry. Please join us on Wednesday, July 17 for a discussion on how legislation passed during the 2013 session will affect Colorado's broad energy industry. Moderated by Roger Freeman of Davis Graham & Stubbs, speakers and presentations will focus on:
HB 1001, the Advanced Industries Acceleration Act - Noah Aptekar, Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade;
HB 1110, the Special Fuel Tax Electric Vehicle Use Tax Fund - Grier Bailey, Colorado Wyoming Petroleum Marketers Association and;
SB 252, which increases Colorado's Renewable Energy Standard - Michael McReynolds, Colorado Energy Office
Come hear from the players who assist our legislators in crafting these policies and hear their thoughts on how implementation of these bills will impact Colorado's booming energy industry.
