Terri Carver, J.D. worked as an environmental attorney for the U.S. Air Force for 14 years. Her legal practice consisted of environmental compliance and natural resource management issues at military installations in eight states and several overseas sites. Her work included regulatory issues for energy development initiatives on military bases and utility compliance issues. Ms. Carver received her law degree from Marquette University Law School, and a Master of Laws in Environmental Law from George Washington University Law School (with highest honors). Prior to receiving her law degree, Ms. Carver worked as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. House of Representatives, in the areas of Energy, Public Lands, Environment, and Telecommunications. Ms. Carver is a member of the Colorado, Florida, and Nebraska bars.
